Jack Campbell

CEO

Jack Campbell is a 25-year veteran of the international film industry and the founder and CEO of Jackrabbit Media, an independent film sales, production, and distribution company.

As a producer, Campbell’s credits include the crime thriller Paydirt (2020), starring Luke Goss and Val Kilmer; the Influencer horror/thriller franchise, including the Shudder Original Influencer (2023) and its sequel Influencers (2025); the sci-fi thriller Lookout (2025); and the supernatural horror film Ghosts of Red Ridge (2024). Most recently, Campbell produced Bloom, a psychological horror/thriller directed by Stefan Colson, which had its World Premiere at Tubi FrightFest in London in August 2026. He currently has multiple feature films in development through Jackrabbit Studios, the company’s production arm.

Campbell co-founded Octane Entertainment in 2016, an international sales company that he ran through 2019. In 2022, Campbell and his wife, Rebecca Campbell, founded Jackrabbit Media. Today, Jackrabbit operates across international sales, acquisitions, production, and North American distribution, representing and releasing independent feature films across theatrical, digital, physical, and streaming platforms.

Prior to launching his own companies, Campbell served as SVP of Sales & Acquisitions at Premiere Entertainment Group, where he led worldwide sales on films including Jill Soloway’s award-winning Afternoon Delight, starring Kathryn Hahn and Juno Temple; Scenic Route, starring Josh Duhamel; HairBrained, with Brendan Fraser; Little Accidents, with Elizabeth Banks; and Bob Yari’s Papa: Hemingway in Cuba, starring Giovanni Ribisi and Minka Kelly. He also oversaw international sales for the Yari Film Group library, which included the Academy Award-winning Crash, The Illusionist starring Edward Norton, The Matador with Pierce Brosnan, Hostage with Bruce Willis, and The Hoax starring Richard Gere.

Earlier in his career, Campbell held senior positions at Maya Entertainment, Spotlight Pictures, Maverick Entertainment, and ITN Distribution. Over his 25-year career in independent film, his work has spanned acquisitions, worldwide sales, production, and distribution. He also served as an alternate Board Member of the Independent Film & Television Alliance (IFTA) in 2012.
