“with its quirky, interesting humor making itself known -- and felt -- by the minute”
— ★★★ S. Jhoanna Robledo, Common Sense Media
“Phillips has the most specific and unique of performance styles and comedy voices, which has led to him having the most loyal and devoted, and frankly – deserved fan bases.”
— Films Gone Wild
“Normally, this roll call of fame would be distracting, but here it works because Phillips’s entire world and thought process is built on distraction.”
— Films Gone Wild
“a sharply observed and understatedly amusing follow-up to “Punching the Clown,””
— Joe Leydon, Variety
“The comedy in the film is biting and acerbic and sharply drawn from real life”
